Attn Sam: Stargate animation update
As of now, its on hiates for a bit, which is why I hadn't written back to John at castingtube. Working 60 hours a week for the past 2 months has really burned me out. The thing I have done, were spur of the moment easy things to do. But as you animation takes a lot of dedicated time and work. Don't get me wrong, I still love to draw and animate, but I won't spend my 1 day off drawing.
On my YouTube channel, I've been experimenting with rockets and RC planes. I have a vid of my maiden journey in amateur rocketry. And I am about to build a cardboard model from scratch (a F302 from Stargate Atlantis) and equip with RC plane push engines. And the kicker to it is this, it'll first be launched by a large rocket engine from my launch station :)
Oh yes, I am filming it. :) Even here in Idaho, we are just as crazy as everyone else, hehe.
Now, when my schedule goes back to normal, I will get back into the animation. I am getting more notice of my animation work of late, so I may have a small fan base already waiting on a full feature. I've also been watching more cartoons, hoping it'll sink in to help me out.
Well, I'll be around stickam after I put my new ignition in my car later tonight.
